1st Quyi & Comedy Skit Contest staged in Hainan
With the aim of promoting the art of Quyi (曲艺) and Comedy Skit (小品) and taping new talents in these fields, Hainan Province will hold the 1st Quyi and Comedy Skit Contest this October to next March.
Under the catalogs of Quyi and Comedy Skit, there will be contests of comic dialogue, clapper talks, story telling, a two-man comic show, and Er Ren Zhuan.
The contest will be taken in two periods. The first period will be the collection and selection of Quyi and Comedy Skit works, and will last from this October to December. The second period will be a Quyi and Comedy Skit performance contest, and will last from next January to March.
