Twenty one year-old Agata Szewioła was crowned Miss Polski (Poland), Sunday night and will now go on to represent Poland in the Miss World contest in Sanya, China.
 
Agata, a student of banking in Wroclaw, south west Poland, said after the contest, held in Plock, central Poland, that the fact that she had beaten 24 other contests had not sunk in yet. "It may hit me tomorrow," she said.
 
The Miss World finals will be held in China on October 30.
