If you’re looking for a cozy place to relax, this is it.
Modern and hugely popular with the younger crowd, this café thrives on its location and ambiance. This cafe has an expansive rooftop with a sea view and there is seating available inside or outside.
The views across Sanya Bay are great and make for a perfect spot for watching the fireworks displays during the New Year holiday and for viewing the colorful Phoenix Island.
The café provides a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices, beers and cocktails. Most tourists don’t make it here for their evening martini, but they crowd the bar to watch the sun set over Sanya Bay.

Rona Café 罗纳咖啡
Rona café, located at the top of Motel 168, is a trendy option for an afternoon coffee, tea or snack.
The venue offers a welcoming atmosphere, and it is a good option for people who want to catch up some reading while enjoying a coffee. Wi-Fi is available here to catch up on some of your reading online.

Cao Miao Café & Bar 早苗咖啡厅
Located on the 11th floor of a residential building in Sanya Bay, this rooftop bar is Taiwanese owned and managed.
This bar has a 180 degree view of Sanya Bay (25 miles long). On a sunny and clear day, this is a great place for watching the sun set.
With a range of bottled beers in the fridge and both red and white wines available, the bar has a simple menu offering BBQ snacks as well as cakes and pastries. There is little English spoken, but the service is welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Left Bank Cafe & Bar 左岸咖啡酒吧
Left Bank Cafe & Bar is located to the left side of Sanya Bay, and is near Sanya Phoenix Island. It is decorated with items from Hainan’s local culture such as ethnic handicraft, Li nationality and Miao nationality embroideries, wooden tables and desks, branch bar counters and wax print tablecloths.
At the Left Bank Cafe & Bar, there is a stage set up for live music. In addition, the usual beers, domestic wines and tea are featured on the menu along with some basic BBQ snacks.
