Miss Serbia Milica Jelic arrives in China for Miss World Pageant

Preparations for Miss World 2010 pageant, which will be held on the 30 October in China, are already underway in this beautiful country. The ladies have gone to the Far East in early October, and according to reports from Serbia’s representative Milica Jelic, the girls are having a great time, enjoying all the charms of the unique culture and charm that make this distant land. Milica has dome some sightseeing, met the contestants and said that the competition was fierce this year.
– "Unfortunately, many have not even heard of our country and it’s always the same nations that are favoured. But I must say here that I met with the most positive reviews, both from girls and the people from the organization. Anyone who says he would not like to win a competition, they are not honest, but I also think that this is not the most important thing. I am living the best moments of my life and have the opportunity to see much more, which I could not have afforded to do had I not won this title," said Milica.
– "Every day is carefully planned. The first three days we spent in Beijing, where we toured the famous Great Wall of China. Considering what I’d heard of it and I know that this is the only building that can be seen from the Moon, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to see in from upclose. Two days we spent in Mongolia, where we watched the famous Chinese games and horse racing, then we were in Shanghai, which is really an amazing city, and we are currently in Sanya, where the finals of Miss World 2010 will be held. The Chinese are very hospitable and happy that we are here with them," Serbia’s rep shares her initial impressions.
– "The environment is wonderful. All the girls are very friendly and communicative, but mostly I spend time with Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Bulgaria representatives. I’m glad I have the honour to spend time with all competitors and to learn about the cultures of the countries they come from. This is definitely something I’ll remember all my life."
