The 2015 Sanya International Carnival kicked off on January 21st at the New Town in Sanya Bay, providing a fun place for tourists and residents to enjoy featured cuisine, tourism, leisure, entertainment, and more.

 

The carnival celebration, occupying an area of over 100,000 square meters, is open to the public at 3:00pm every day.

 

Visitors to the festive celebration can enjoy a series of stunning scenes including a large-scale Chinese lantern show, grand circus show, magic castle performance, 10 amusement rides and 400-sqm main-stage performances and other themed activities.

 

The Chinese lantern festival, one of the highlights of the festival, will make its debut in Sanya, allowing visitors to enjoy 60 individual lanterns with Chinese traditional elements as well as Sanya characteristics.

 

The event will run for a total of 100 days.
