The press conference of the 2nd Sanya Art Season was held in Beijing on November 13th.
 
The 2nd Sanya Art Season is scheduled to be held at La Flora Plaza of Yalong Bay and Huayu Resort & Spa from December 6th, 2013 to March 6th, 2014, according to a press conference held in Beijing on November 13th.

Nearly 300 works of art including paintings, sculptures, and art installations from many top contemporary international artists and emerging artists are to be showcased at the event to offer local residents and tourists in Sanya a comprehensive and unique art feast.

The 3-month contemporary art exhibition event consists of three major parts, including a contemporary art theme exhibition, an individual artists’ works invitational exhibition, and an emerging artists’ works exhibition.

During the event, the evaluation and award ceremony for the Sanya Art Season Huayu Young Artist Award will be held to encourage emerging young artists to explore new areas of contemporary art.
