3rd Dingan Duanwu Food Cultural Festival to kick off in June
The 2nd Dingan Duanwu Food Cultural Festival was held successfully last June.
The year’s Duanwu Food Cultural Festival will take place from June 21 to June 23 at Ding’an County, Hainan Province.
According to the organizers, visitors can enjoy many artistic and cultural activities such as the most beautiful Dingan photographic competition, Qiong Opera, selection of most popular restaurants and dragon boat race.
The festival’s highlights are presentations on food preparation at booths, which will give diners and tourists a chance to experience the diverse dining styles from local different regions along with the entertainment activities.
The festival is hosted annually since 2009 to promote dining cultural values of the county. Every year the event attracts over 150,000 visitors to enjoy the local popular cuisine as well as attractive sceneries.
