Hosted by the Wanning Municipal Government, and undertaken by the Xinglong Sun Valley Hot Spring Resort and Jinling Museum Hotel Hainan, the first Smart City-Culture & Art Season opened in Wanning on December 18th, 2014.
 
The Culture & Art Season will last 10 weeks, from December 18th, 2014 to February 28th, 2015. Each week features different themed exhibitions and cultural activities.
 
A series of exhibitions featuring the court dresses of the Qing Dynasty, jade and gold articles, including Hainan rosewood, Xinglong coffee, Hainan Li brocades, Wanning flowers and plants, a Wanning City Photography Contest and an antiques collection, will all be held during the period.
