2nd tropical storm Four heads towrads HK, may bring more rain to Hainan

Tropical depression Four is forecast to strike Hong Kong as a tropical storm at about 16:00 GMT on 21 July. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of landfall will be near 21.3 N, 114.1 E. Four is expected to bring 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around 101 km/h (63 mph). Wind gusts in the area may be considerably higher.
