This year, the 1st iF Design (International Forum Design) Exhibition Hainan is going to kick off at Haikou Creative Design Park on May 20.

 

Known as the Design Oscar, the iF awards are acknowledged as one of the most significant design labels in the world.

 

According to the organizing committee, the exhibition is divided into three parts. More than 1, 000 current prize-winning products from iF design awards 2012 will be shown in a free multimedia show on 500 sqm of floor space at the iF design exhibition.

 

Besides, a limited number of companies from Hong Kong, Taiwan as well as Hainan will present their latest designs in the form of real products.

 

With the increasing tourists annually, Hainan is one of the most attractive tourist spots in China. Besides representatives from the design industries, this exhibition will reach a broad general audience as it provides a unique opportunity to access new markets and target groups.
