A fund-raising concert, Sung’s Golden Songs Charity Concert, will be held at the InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort on October 23, 2015.
 
The concert is being organized by Jimmy Sung, the General Manager of InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort who decided the concert’s theme: "Care for Children.”
 
 
The concert will feature a band performance including Jimmy Sung, the lead singer, and his six fellow band members. The band's repertoire includes the 20 Chinese “golden songs” from Hong Kong and the mainland.
 
 
The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Tianfang Ballroom. Tickets will cost from 20 RMB to 100 RMB. A total of 560 seats will be available. All of the proceeds from ticket sales from the concert will be donated to China Project Hope.

Hailing from Hong Kong, Jimmy Sung has been fond of music since childhood. During his high school years, he started a band called “Image” and performed as lead singer. His band gave many performances in school and also participated in many large-scale singing competitions.
 
 
Despite being busy with the concert, Jimmy Sung still planned an additional event to raise money for charity. He will use this concert as a chance to hold a charity auction event to support China Project Hope.
