On April 28, 2013, The Royal Begonia, A Luxury Collection Resort, Sanya organized a magnificent Spanish Gourmet promotional activity at its All Day Dining restaurant. A number of Haikou and Sanya media friends, owners and hotel management team members participated in this activity.
 
At four o’ clock in the afternoon, guests arrived at the Buganvillas Lounge lobby bar, where they were able to enjoy the tasteful Spanish hor d’oeuvres, first-rate cocktails and a live band instrumental performance of Spanish music.
 
Meanwhile, the hotel’s talented bartenders provided on-site instruction to teach guests how to make the specialty cocktails themselves. Guests picked out their favorite fruits and flavorings and added it to a red wine concoction Sangria prepared by the bartenders. The blood red color of this grand drink symbolizes an authentic Spanish bullfight and seafood paella.
 
At the All Day Dining restaurant, where is an open style kitchen allowed guests to observe and interact with the five-star hotel chefs, the enthusiastic chefs gave instruction as to how to make several classic Spanish cuisines, including a particular cuisine, Gazpacho, uses a lot of fresh vegetables and green olive oil to cook a delicious, appetizing and nutritious cold soup especially fit for summer taste.
 
The night would not end without an appropriate grand dinner which highlighted Austrian Chef Phillipp Moises’ highly sought after saffron seafood paella. First-rate fresh seafood is blended with European origin high quality rice to cook a bon appetite delicacy. At this time, the resort also organized for the guests a radiantly passionate flamingo dance. Its force, enthusiasm and fire delivered to everyone an exciting moment and unforgettable memories.
