The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya, recently celebrated its annual Customer Appreciation Week on Tuesday 27th November, at the playground of Sanya Aviation and Tourism College. A group of about 90 participants, including business partners, staff members and representatives from the college will be attending the weeklong event.
 
During the week all Ritz-Carlton properties around the globe will rally together to surpass the company goal of connecting with and thanking their best customers and media friends for their trust and support.
 
 
With the theme of ‘igniting passion’, the event began with a torch-relay event to strengthen communication and team building in the community.
 
“We are delighted to honor our partners in business for their support and will continue our unwavering commitment to building long term, sustainable partnerships with well-respected organizations and to extend the hotel’s spirit of hospitality and commitment”, said the resident manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya.
 
 
Following the celebration a series of themed activities such as relay races, group flag designing, T-shirt painting and lucky dip draws were featured to enhance the festive atmosphere.  
 
 
 
The celebration was successfully concluded with the hotel providing mouth-watering desserts which had been carefully prepared by the hotel’s culinary team.
