During the Marriott Global Customer Appreciation Week from October 31 to November 4, 2011, 3600 Marriott branded hotels & resorts celebrated around the world with various activities for associates to thank our customer. The fifth day of the week is Spirit to Serve extending Marriott International’s continued commitment to serve local community, Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa again visited Bright Connection with invited customer and organized a charity donations to help and support those in need on this day.

 

The resort donated computers, office chairs, toys, cookies etc., for daily use to The Bright Connection which is a private charity organization to assist Chinese children with cerebral palsy and similar disease. General Manager Mr. Stephan Stoss commented: “It is the second time this year we visited the children here and we believe that giving back to the community is essential elements of corporate responsibility and will continue to care the Bright Connection”. Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa proved that while business goals are important, customer and caring for the local community also matter too.
