1st Hainan Ding’an Cuisine and Culture Festival kicks off
The 1st Hainan Ding’an Cuisine and Culture Festival kicks off last Sunday in Ding’an County Hainan Province.
Founded in the year of 1292, Ding’an is famous for its unique natural landscape and unique cuisines, including black pig bone soup, steamed Ding’an Duck, and steamed Ding’an Duck with rice.
Apart from the cuisines, the organizing also organized a series of interesting and traditional activities such as Qiong Opera performance, cuisines photography contest and show, characteristic agricultural products expo, and dragon boat race.
According to its organizing committee, the Ding’an Cuisine and Cultural Festival will be held annually in the future.
