The Sanya real estates & property sales center was put into use on January 9th, 2016, becoming the first center for housing transactions with one-stop service on Hainan Island.
 
 
Located near the Sanya Dong’an Foreign Language College on Yingbin Road, the real estate transaction hall covers an area of about 3,500 square meters.
 
 
 
The transaction hall includes three floors filled with services that aim to provide potential home buyers a more convenient one-stop service center.
 
The first floor of the center is an exhibition area where visitors can find information about major property products across the city. The second and third floors are multi-functional administrative service areas, providing housing enquiry and house-purchasing handling services.
 
 
 
The hall has joined forces with nearly 50 real estate companies in Sanya. Additionally, there will be some seasonal real estate promotional events to be held in the hall to showcase the development achievements and prospects of tourism real estate in all regions of Hainan.
