The 2015 Sixth Sanya Sports Dance Competition will be held on August 7 at the Sanya Sports Stadium of the Sanya Technician College of Hainan.
 
 
The competition features four categories, including Latin dancing and ballroom dancing.
 
 
Contestants will be divided into 119 groups, including a professional group, amateur group, gold group, women’s group, and ballroom dance group.
 
 
The new sports dance competition rules issued by the State Physical Culture Administration will be used in the competition.
 
The event is organized by the Sanya Council for the Promotion of National Fitness and Cultural Development and the Sanya International Ballroom Dance Association.
