Sanya among China’s top 10 cities with largest drop in home prices in June
According to a report released by China Real Estate Index Academy, 46 out of 100 cities in China saw a month-on-month decline in new home prices in June, with the average price in the 100 targeted cities at 10,628 yuan per square meter.
In June, the top 10 domestic cities with the largest drops in home prices were Ma’anshan, Rizhao, Jinan, Kunming, Urumqi, Zhanjiang, Heze, Sanya, Baoji and Xuzhou.
Among them, average residential home prices in Sanya decreased 1.28 percent month-on-month, and Haikou dropped 0.28 percent month-on-month.
Month-on-month housing figures climbed in 53 cities, and only one city remained unchanged.
