A conceptual plan for upgrading Dadonghai Square and Luhuitou Square will be unveiled soon, according to Sanya’s relevant departments.
 
Sanya is planning to build Luhuitou Square and Dadonghai Square into high-end urban squares. According to the report, renovation work on the two public squares will be completed within 2 years.
 
Luhuitou Square will be comprehensively upgraded into a multi-functional public square, consisting of the addition of a tunnel at Yuya Road, an underground complex, and renovation of the current Luhuitou Square.
 
Meanwhile, the experts said the renovation of Dadonghai Square should integrate the resources from the surrounding commercial locations to enrich the leisure time of local residents and tourists.
