The 2015 Chengdu Spring Real Estate Trade Fair kicked off on April 29th in Chengdu and a professional real estate promotion delegation from Sanya is attending to promote the local property market.

This year, over 20 new real estate projects in Sanya, including Vanke Property and Lugang Xishan, are on display at the event.

According to the Hainan Real Estate Association, in 2014 homebuyers from Chengdu accounted for 4% of the sales of Sanya’s commercial residential properties.

As the only tropical tourist city in China, the tourism commercial property market in Sanya has enormous potential. The regional real estate promotional event was established to showcase the development achievements and prospects of tourism real estate in all regions of Hainan.
