Sanya-Seoul flights resume operation
The Sanya-Seoul flight resumed operation, with the first scheduled flight carrying 152 Korean passengers arriving at the Sanya Phoenix International Airport at 1:20am on April 30th.
The re-launched route, operated by Korean Air Company, has two scheduled flights every week on Airbus Boeing 737-800 aircraft, according to the Sanya Phoenix International Airport.
According to a senior representative of the Korean Air Company, the re-launch of the chartered flights will help to further promote cooperation and exchanges between Hainan and South Korea in trade, tourism and culture.
Besides, they will re-design the tourism products with more focus on the high-end market, including international brand hotels and well-developed golf course facilities to attract more tourists from South Korea.
