The Sanya tourism promotion conference was held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan on April 24th.

 

During the conference, the Sanya delegation introduced holiday tour packages featuring family holiday, scenic spots and healthcare service highlighting TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) experience to Uzbek guests.

 

Local travel operators in Tashkent said at the conference that Sanya was a very popular tourism destination for many Uzbek tourists, and that they were all hoping that a group visa-free travel policy for travelers from Uzbekistan to Sanya could be introduced in the future.

 

More than 60 travel operators from Uzbekistan attended the conference.
