A detailed application to build Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Rainforest Park into a National 5A Scenic Spot was submitted to the Sanya Tourism Development Commission recently.
Located at the 25km southeast area of Sanya City, Yalong Bay
Tropical Paradise Rainforest Park covers an area of 1,506 hectares. The park is divided into east park and west park. With its rich astronomical phenomena, hydrological and cultural resources, the park is positioned as a world-class eco-tourism and eco-resort forest park.
A variety of tourism activities, including mountaineering expeditions, field expansion, leisure tourism, health resorts, popular science education, and folk culture experience can be enjoyed out here. There are luxury mountain villas dotting jungles of the park where you can enjoy the fresh air and starry sky while sleeping on a super soft bed.
In 2012, the Park was listed as a 4A national scenic spot.
To enrich tourism products for visitors, the scenic spot has been constantly improved and upgraded itself according to higher requirements in terms of tourist traffic, sightseeing, tourist security, hygiene, telecommunication service, comprehensive management, and the protection of resources and the environment.
