Prices for Sanya tours decline after Qingming Festival
People who plan to take a holiday in will be able to fork out less after the Qingming Festival as the tour prices of airfare and accommodation are returning to normal.
For savvy travelers, this April is now proving to be the best time to explore Sanya without the high price tag and swells of crowds.
In this post-holiday time, the prices for many Sanya tours have dropped by more than 50% compared to this year’s Spring Festival holiday period. This presents a lucrative option for people who have free time to spend after the holiday.
Popular flights to Lijiang and Xiamen have also seen a decline in ticket prices.
Travel agents say that with the rising hotel room vacancy rate and falling travel costs, the Sanya tourism market will go through an off-season period before the May Day travel peak and tourists can expect to be able to have an affordable domestic holiday in Sanya during that time.
