Sino-Russian Painting Exhibition to be held in Sanya March 19-25
A China-Russia Painting Exhibition will open in Sanya on March 19th, 2015.
The exhibition features 100 works by renowned Russian, Heilongjiang and Hainan painters.
The exhibition on display includes oil paintings and traditional Chinese paintings. Among them, the paintings from Hainan artists feature marvelous natural landscapes, local customs, and the social and economic development of the island.
The sponsor of the show said the purpose of holding such a cultural activity is aimed at boosting bilateral cultural exchanges as well as improving relations among the three cities.
The painting exhibition will last until March 25.
