The Commencement Ceremony of Wet ‘n’ Wild Haikou Water Park was held on November 9, 2015. 
 
The Wet ‘n’ Wild, Orlando’s premier water park, is expanding its presence to Haikou, China.
 
Located at the Mission Hills Resort Haikou, adjacent to the Hard Rock Hotel, the park covers a project area of nearly 50,000 square meters. Construction of the park will start this month. The park is scheduled to open in October 2016.

Wet ‘n’ Wild Haikou Water Park, a new attraction for locals as well as tourists, will feature signature thrilling rides for day-long outings for families and individuals.
 
 
 The park will also feature a 8,000-sqm indoor playground for a full day of fun for the tourists. 
  
The new park will have 30 slides, including the Family Rattler, Super Bowl, Aqua Loop, Abssy & Family Boomerange, FreeFall Plus & Aqua Tube, Whizzard and Master Blaster. The park also will feature 14 kinds of other entertainment facilities such as wave pools, lazy rivers, water playground and toddler pools, as well as a speed slide.
 
 Wet ‘n’ Wild Haikou Water Park 

The Wet ‘n’ Wild Haikou Water Park will contribute to a water park rivalry that has slowly been forming in China. The CEO of the Wet ‘n’ Wild brand said that his company is partnering with Mission Hills Group to bring an attraction in Haikou that will be the first of its kind in China.
