The average price of housing rentals in Sanya has been on the rise during the winter tourism peak season as more people from northern Chinese cities fly to Sanya to escape the annual winter winter.

 

Choosing a short-term private rental is becoming a popular option among senior citizen tourists who come to Sanya to spend their winter holiday here. In areas with convenient transportation and a good seaview, such as Sanya Bay in Dadonghai are driving up rents at a faster rate.

 

The monthly price for a residential home with one living room and one bedroom during the Spring Festival has increased to 7,000-10,000 yuan, much more expensive than the price of 2,000 yuan in the off-season.

 

As prices for housing rentals continue to soar, many potential renters are casting their eyes on suburban areas where expenses are much lower, especially for those who have a tight budget for their winter holidays.
