The 2014 33rd Shanghai Real Estate Trade Fair kicked off on December 12th and a delegation consisting of 20 real estate enterprises from Sanya are participating in the fair to promote Sanya’s real estate.
 
Shanghai has been one of the most important sources of buyers for the real estate market in Hainan. This year, over 50 new real estate projects across the island are being displayed at the event.
 
As the only tropical tourist city in China, the tourism commercial property market in Sanya has enormous potential. More and more developers are coming to Sanya to start their housing projects in the city.
Various property projects are on display at the 4-day event, including villas, apartments with hotel-style services and property hotels.
