Tourists and local residents will once again be treated to a breathtaking feast of colors as the Haitang Bay Flower Festival in Sanya opens February 15, 2015.

Tourists to the site will be able to enjoy the sight of over 2,000-acres of garden beds, featuring a variety of species such as daylilies, marigolds, amaranths, lavender, hibiscus, as well as other aromatic plants.

The footpaths to enjoy the beauty of flowers will be paved in colors and the garden has been upgraded to be equipped with parking lots, electric sightseeing cars and a tourist service center as well as other supporting facilities.

Apart from the blooming flower exhibits, the garden is also an ideal place for shooting wedding photos. Tourists can also pick tropical fruits and vegetables at its organic farm and make their own skin-care products and natural handicrafts from flowers.
