Haikou invests RMB 52 billion on malls development
Haikou will continue its expansion plans in the malls development this year.
An expenditure of about 52 billion yuan will be spent to build more shopping malls citywide.

Located at the Haixiu Area, the Haikou Wanda Complex is a multi-functional combination of shopping, leisure, dining and entertainment. Its opening will help stimulate regional dynamics and optimize regional value.
In 2015, Haikou plans to build 18 shopping mall projects. Two of them have been structured ready and 4 projects started construction. According to the scheme, 16 commercial projects are set to be completed within 3 years.
