The tourism industry in Sanya is looking at a marked increase in visitors during the ongoing winter season and the local relevant departments will take strict measures to maintain order in the tourist market.

Regulatory supervision by the authorities will be focused on scenic spots, diving sites, shopping centers, restaurants and other service sectors to prevent illegal price hikes and protect the interests of tourists.

To create a safe tourism environment for tourists, Sanya’s marine departments will offer lifesaving training courses for local marine tourism workers to improve their abilities in the crucial area of visitor safety. The training courses will equip them with basic lifesaving skills, including first aid and other relevant safety skills.
