2014 Sino-Russian Economic Forum held in Haitang Bay
The 2014 Sino-Russian Economic Forum was held in Haitang Bay, Sanya on October 29th. More than 200 representatives from both countries participated, including heads of state, government officials, scholars and business people.
The forum covered bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, finance, tourism, agriculture and infrastructure industries.
Li Boqing, the Vice Mayor of the Sanya Government, addressed the event and welcomed its participants and the media. He said Sanya is one of the most popular destinations in China for Russian tourists.
Currently, Hainan has opened regular and chartered flights to major cities in Russia, offering greater convenience for Russian tourists to enjoy their Hainan trips
