Statistics from the China Index Research Institution show that the average residential home prices in Sanya in September were down 0.6% from a month earlier, ranking second among 70 major cities in China with the highest home prices. Haikou saw a month-on-month decline of 1%, taking 32nd place nationally.

The volume of Sanya’s commercial residential transactions in September stood at 516 units, with total sales reaching 928 million, while in Haikou the transaction amount reached 2,350, representing a sales volume of 1.713 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of 21.31% and 4.39%, respectively.

Besides, second-hand residential home prices in Sanya decreased 0.6% month-on-month and in Haikou the prices dropped 1% month-on-month.
