A superyacht refit facility center is expected to be fully operative by the end of 2015 at Nanshan Port in Sanya, and is expected to become a worldwide landmark for yacht services.

The yacht service center, a joint refit venture between Italian collaborative Toscana Refit and the Sanya Visun Marina, covers a land area of 66.000 m² dedicated to repair and refitting of yachts of up to 80m long.

Sanya’s islands, good water resources, favorable climatic conditions and huge potential in economic development make it especially suitable for boating. However, the Sanya market is currently almost completely lacking proper yacht service resources, which has had a considerably negative impact on growth, especially regarding super and mega yachts. The new yacht service center is expected to help resolve this problem.
