The first recreational vehicle/self-driving campsite in Sanya, which is located at Yalong Bay, was put into trail operation on October 4.

According to the project leader of the campsite, there are now 20 RV/self-driving supporting houses (wooden garages), 10 imported caravan trailers, and 30 tent camp spots in the campsite. Landscaping and other supporting facilities will be equipped at the site in the near future.

The campsite consists of 2 parts – an RV campsite and a self-driving campsite. The RV campsite will provide vehicle supplies, traveler supplies, and a short-rest place for travelers. The self-driving campsite will provide self-help or self-service for travelers, which includes accommodation, camping, leisure, dining, entertainment, outdoor sports, medical and rescue, etc.

With the development of tourism in Sanya and tourist’s diverse needs, the RV/self-driving campsite has a huge potential market in Sanya.
