The 2014 Xi’an Autumn Residence and Architectural Science & Technology Industry Expo was held from September 12th to 15th.

A Sanya delegation consisting of 18 real estate projects were on display at the event.

"It is bitterly cold in the winter here in Xi’an, while in Sanya it is very comfortable. I have long thought about buying property in Sanya and spending my retirement there,” said Mrs. Li from Xi’an.

As the only tropical tourist city in China, the tourism commercial property market in Sanya has enormous potential. A number of home buyers in northern China were attracted by Sanya’s nice weather and clean air, which is in sharp contrast to the often heavy air pollution and hazy conditions in the north.
