According to Haitang Bay Duty-free Shopping Center, the store attracted more than 30,000 visitors on its opening day, September 1st, and the total sales volume reached 37 million yuan.

In celebration of its grand opening, the store held a promotion to encourage tourists to purchase imported items that ran from September 1st to 5th.

Customers who spent RMB 3,000 or more on duty free purchases were able to enjoy a series of special offers.
