Many college students have gone back to school now that the 2-month-long summer holiday has come to an end. However, the Mid-Autumn Festival, which arrives next Monday, will be another peak travel period to attract more tourists to come to the seaside and enjoy their holiday in Sanya.
 
The booking data from Ctrip.com, a leading online travel agency in China, shows that there has been a 35% increase recently in travel packages booked to Sanya.
 
The average daily number of individual tourists visiting Sanya has reached 1,550, among which family tourists accounted for 75% of total figure.
  
Besides, to enhance the tourists traveling experience, many airline companies, including Southern China Airlines, have announced their best flights to Sanya on which passengers can get the best view of the moon on September 8th when the moon will be at its biggest and brightest of the year
