Sanya’s law enforcement departments recently launched a campaign to dismantle the temporary illegal buildings on the beach of Sanya Bay.

On August 21st, 300 law enforcement officers launched an inspection of the commercial stands businesses on the road section from Haihong Road to Nanmen Road in Haipo Village. The campaign lasted for several days, and 2 illegal beach bars run by hotels were demolished.

The temporary illegal constructions mainly include restaurants, bars and barbecue stalls that don’t have licenses and illegally build on some commonwealth buildings including viewing decks and pavilions on the beach at Sanya Bay.

To protect the beach and the local environment, Sanya’s relevant departments will continue to conduct regular inspections along the beach in Sanya Bay.
