With the new semester fast-approaching, the Sanya Railway Station is now handling the peak annual flow of college students who are travelling back to school after their summer holiday.

According to the Sanya Railway Station, long queues have been developing in front of the ticket offices, and most of those waiting in line are college students.

According to the official website of the Chinese Railway Customer Service Center, all tickets for train T202 running before August 31st, a line that runs from Sanya to Beijing West Railway Station, were sold out by August 18th. What’s more, tickets for that train from September 1st to 4th are currently in very short supply.

As of August 18th, the Sanya Railway Station has transported 465,426 passengers so far this year.
