The 2014 5th China (Daqing) Cultural Industry Fair kicked off on August 16 in Daqing, Heilongjiang Province and a delegation consisting of 20 real estate enterprises from Sanya participated in the fair to promote Sanya’s real estate.

According to the Sanya Real Estate Association, homebuyers from Heilongjiang Province currently account for 13% or more of the sales of commercial residential properties in Sanya.

There are currently about 60 real estate projects on sale in Sanya. In 2013, the housing transaction area in Sanya reached 1.4 million square meters, hitting a record high.

As the only tropical tourist city in China, the tourism commercial property market in Sanya has enormous potential. More and more developers are coming to Sanya to start their housing projects in the city.

Various property projects are on display at the 5-day event, including villas, apartments with hotel-style services and property hotels.
