The Sanya Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau has launched a promotional conference for the Asia-pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Travel Card among local enterprises.

The card allows holders to transit through the airport quickly using a priority APEC immigration processing lane, and provides business visa pre-clearance valid for three years and multiple entries to a scheme-participating economy country for a maximum stay of two months.

Initiated by Australia, Republic of Korea and the Philippines in 1997, the ABTC scheme is designed to facilitate the travel of businesspeople between Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries

During the conference, the APEC Business Travel Card will bring Sanya’s businesses greater convenience and help export-oriented private enterprises expand their overseas business, according to authorities from the Sanya Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau.
