The emergency rainwater drainage project on Jinjiling Road in Sanya is underway and going smoothly and is expected to be completed in October.

The work started this April at the road section of Zhiye Residential Community. The drainage treatment pipe will cover a total length of 1,800 meters.

The emergency rainwater drainage projects taking place around other roads, including Yuya Road and Yinbing Road, are still under construction.

Upon its completion, the operation of the rainwater drainage system is expected to greatly improve the city’s ability to handle heavy downpours during the rainy season.
