According to the HNA Group, the construction on the Haikou Tower is said to start at the end of this May.

 

The project is located at the D15 parcel of the Dayingshan Urban Center, with Guoxing Avenue to the north and Guihua Road in the other directions.

 

The building is mainly composed of a tower and two podium buildings which will stand at a height of 428 meters.

 

The 94-floor building will be the highest tower in Hainan and will include a super five-star hotel, an up-scale club, restaurants, SOHO apartments, high-grade offices and high-quality stores for businesses.

 

Haikou Tower is expected to become another landmark of Hainan after its completion. It will be equipped with 1,952 parking spaces for motor vehicles, and 1,000 spaces for non-motor vehicles.
