With the 2014 May Day holiday drawing near, Sanya’s Price Control Bureau will enact strict measures to maintain order in the city’s tourism market.

During the holiday period, the bureau will strengthen its supervision on hotels, shopping centers, marine tourism, fruit stalls, restaurants and the transportation industry to prevent illegal price hikes so as to protect the interests of tourists.

Besides, the bureau will be releasing the highest selling prices of seafood products at Sanya’s seafood restaurants on its official website on a daily basis: http://wj.sanya.gov.cn.

During the holidays, the complaint hotline ‘12358’ or ‘88273400’ will be open 24 hours a day to take complaints of any illegal price hikes or inappropriate business behavior.
