Sanya launches 2014 Consumption Promotion Month Campaign

The 2014 Consumption Promotion Month Campaign was launched at Sanya Mingzhu Square on April 3.

The consumption promotion month started April 3 and will last till May 4. During the period, various kinds of promotions to boost consumption will be seen at a range of large business enterprises as well as shopping and catering enterprises as the main body of the activity in Sanya.

"We hope to offer consumers high quality goods at lower prices. What's more important is that we enhance the service quality and crack down on fake and substandard goods. And the food safety issue concerning all consumers is expected to be addressed through this consumption promotion month," said one of the organizers.

This consumption promotion activity is a promotional event being simultaneously organized by the Ministry of Commerce across the whole country to spur domestic consumption in 2014.
