Construction on the second phase of the Sanya Phoenix International Cruise Terminal is scheduled to begin this month, according to Zeng Xianyun, the President of the Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Port Development Co., Ltd.

Recently, the China Communication Construction Company Ltd announced that the company has spent nearly 5 billion yuan to acquire 45% equity interest in Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Port Development Co., Ltd as well as certain voting rights of 10% equity interest held by Sanya Yusheng in Phoenix Island Cruise Terminal.

As of the day of announcement, the Phoenix Islands cruise port will become a subsidiary of the company's consolidated financial statements, the Phoenix Island Development Corporation, Phoenix Island Real Estate Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong's Phoenix Islands cruise.
