In order to further expand the inbound tourist market, Sanya tourism delegation, along with the Hainan Tourism Development Commission, will participate in the “Beautiful China” promotion campaign 2014, which will be held in Hong Kong and Macau from April 9 to 14.

 

The tourism promotion will mainly target young office workers as well as teenagers for training tourism, highlighting Sanya’s new tourism products such as Marine Silk Road and leisure entertainment.

 

Last year, Hainan has received 103,900 tourists from Hong Kong, a year-on-year decline of 6.6%.

 

As growing tourist destinations around the world face intense competition for overseas tourists, Sanya needs more well-tailored tourism highlights to enhance its tourism services and quality to lure more tourists from Hong Kong and Macau.
