Sanya sees boom in family tourism market since February
Reservations made by family tourists have increased over last year. Different from the traditional off-season, many parents with kids this year are planning a trip to Sanya, where family members can enjoy quality time together within a holiday environment.
“We saw an obvious increase in the family tour consumption rates in our hotel compared with the same period last year. The number of family tourists accounts for 50% of the total figure,” said the Director of Marketing of MGM Grand Sanya.
As the number of family tours continues to grow, travel agencies and hotels are promoting their competitive theme vacation products to meet the needs of these family groups through suitable accommodations, activities and deals.
