Star Cruises offers weekly itinerary to Sanya between April 7 and October 26
Star Cruises is set to sail Super StarVirgo from Hong Kong to China, Vietnam and Taiwan between April 7 and October 26. The cruise line is offering four days/ three night’s weekly itinerary for sailing to Sanya in China and Halong Bay in Vietnam. In Taiwan, Star Cruises is offering four days/ three night’s Kaohsiung / Taichung itinerary; seven days/six nights Keelung (Taipei) / Kaohsiung / Taichung cruise and a one-night high seas cruise every week from Hong Kong. The extensive packages range from cultural to historical, educational to shopping, and religious to scenic locations.
In China, the Tropic Tour will include visit to Yalong Bay, Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Rainforest Park, etc. The tour is inclusive of a Hainan style lunch featuring four famous dishes of the province. On the End of the Earth Tour, travellers will visit this once believed to be most remote spot on Earth. The tour also includes a seafood lunch at a local hotel. The other attractions include the Li and Miao Ecological Cultural Tour (with coconut lunch), the Nanshan Temple Tour (with vegetarian lunch), the Golf Tour, and transfer to Summer Mall, as per a release.
On the Halong Bay tours, travellers will get a chance to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site on sightseeing boats. The Cave Tour will explore the Heavenly Cave located in the South West of Halong Bay. The Ha Nam Village Tour will offer experience of local life by learning how to make bamboo boats and fish net handicrafts. The Land & Cruise Tour will include visit to the Royal Amusement Park, where one can enjoy a blend of modern and ancient performing arts through watching the Water Puppet Show and the traditional music and dance performances. On the Yehliu & Jiufen Tour, travellers will visit Yehliu Geopark, a cape stretching into the ocean and formed as geological forces, followed by visit to Jiufen.
The National Palace Tour will include visit to some of Taiwan’s most notable landmarks like The National Palace Museum, along with visit to the Taipei 101 Shopping District. The Pingxi Tour will take travellers to Jiufen, Jintong Train Station, and the Ching Tong Mining Museum. Other Keelung(Taipei) excursions include the Taipei Historical Tour with stops at the Yingge Ceramics Museum, Sanxia Old Street and Qingshui Master Temple; the Taipei Cultural Tour covering Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, the Martyr’s Shrine and Ximenting; and the North-Eastern Coast Tour featuring National Center for Traditional Arts, Beiguan Tidal Park, Nanya Rock and Keelung Night Market.
On the Fo Guang Shan Tour, travellers will visit to one of the tooth relics of Gautam Buddha. At E-Da World visitors can find the best of both shopping and recreation. The Chijin Tour will include visit to the Chihou Lighthouse, Chihou Fort, Tianhou Temple and the Chijin Wind Power Park.
Travellers may also choose from the array of shore excursions including Sizihwan Tour to Sizihwan, Kaohsiung Highlight Tour to Lotus Pond, Dream Mall and the Pier-2 Art Center; and the Culture Park Tour to Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park, Qingdao Beer Brewery and Liu-He Night Market.
The Sun Moon Lake Tour will include visit to the lakeside Wenwu Temple and Xuanguang Temple. The Historic Tour offers sightseeing and visits to the Lugang Folk Arts Museum which used to be the residence of one of the five most prestigious families of Taiwan.
The other packages include the Chun Tai Chan Monastery Tour to Chun Tai Chan Monastery and Taiwan Times Village, Shopping Tour to Taichung Park, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Eslite Bookstore and Chun Shui Tang; and the Educational Tour to the National Museum of Nature Science and the 921 Earthquake Museum of Taiwan.
